Should you wish to return a product and be reimbursed, you have 7 days from receipt to file your
request and return the product.
We will not be able, unfortunately, to accept returns after this legal
withdrawal deadline.


1. In the rubric “My orders” of your account, select the appropriate command and then indicate in the « Returns » column the cause of the returns for the product or products you wish to return.

2. Click on the mode of shipment for your return.

3. Validate your return request on that same page; an eMail will be sent to us automatically.

4. We will confirm the taking over of your return via eMail. This eMail constitutes the return voucher and contains an identification number. You may either print this return voucher and enclose it in the return parcel or write it out clearly on the delivery voucher which, in any event, shall be enclosed in the return parcel. Any return not following this procedure shall see the corresponding processing and repayment time substantially delayed.

5. All returns shall include the delivery voucher initially present in the parcel (a photocopy as the case may be) and the identification number of the return issued by WouafWouaf company so as to enable our logistics partner to handle the return within 24 hours from receipt.
     Returns by registered parcel



- To be validated by our logistics partner, products returned shall not have been worn or washed, shall still show the original label and packaging (box, plastic bag, etc.) intact under pain of refusal and return to you.

- Once you return has been received and accepted by our logistics partner, Wouaf Wouaf company will reimburse you within maximum 30 days.

- In the event of an error attributable to WouafWouaf company (ground 1 “Defective Item” or ground 2 “the product received is not the ordered one”) and in order to help us to best deal with your return, please specify the nature of the error on your delivery voucher (wrong size, wrong colour, wrong model). WouafWouaf company will then reimburse the return shipping costs assumed by you. You
shall submit a transporter’s bill in order to be reimbursed. The return procedure conditions specified above shall remain the same.
